About Us Thank you for visiting Freedom Canada. My name is Lealle Pelletier and I created Freedom Canada as I recognize the growing need for quality affordable care across Canada. I was born in beautiful Jasper, Alberta, and was raised in Valemount, British Columbia. I moved to Kamloops, British Columbia in 1997, to study and become a Law Office Assistant. I continue to reside in Kamloops, British Columbia, with my spouse and two beautiful daughters. Kiara Nicole, my oldest child, was born in April, 2006, and in October, 2007, my second daughter, Kailie Ava, arrived. |  |
Canada has a huge demand for child care providers and unfortunately, families in Canada have been forced to leave their children in whatever daycare is available versus choosing the right daycare for them. In some circumstances, children must be split up from their own siblings. I was not willing to do this with my girls, and thus started investigating my options. I found that hiring a full time caregiver, nanny, or au pair was not only cheaper than having a daycare, but it was better for my family - especially my children.
During the process of hiring the perfect caregiver for my children, I met many qualified applicants. I wanted to hire so many of them! I enjoyed meeting Filipino caregivers - they have so many good qualifications and a wonderful personality. I enjoyed this process so much, that I am now determined to not only help more Filipino caregivers find employment in Canada, but also to help Canadian families in the fight for quality child care. I would like to invite you to enrol in my program. It is my mission that not only will Canadian families be able to pick the perfect caregiver, but that the caregiver can pick the perfect family. I truly believe that with this healthy mixture, everyone - especially the children - will be happy and satisfied in their decision to choose Freedom Canada.
